Patrick Daniel

David Patrick Daniel Jr. is the founder and Managing Partner of Patrick Daniel Law in Houston,Texas. The Louisiana native holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi at Oxford and received his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, where he graduated with cum laude honors in 2001. 

In addition to distinguishing himself academically, Patrick is an active member of the American Bar Association, American Institute of Personal Injury Lawyers, Texas State Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Wisconsin State Bar Association.

Patrick’s practice focuses on personal injury, truck accidents, product liability, premises liability, catastrophic brain injuries, burn injuries, complex multi-district litigation, insurance bad faith and maritime/offshore incidents.   

When Patrick is not in trial, he enjoys taking road trips with his twin daughters and sons, exploring national parks, kayaking or catching up on the latest documentary!
