Celia Garcia is the intake specialist and first person to be in touch with potential new clients at Patrick Daniel Law. After graduating from the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business with a double major in Marketing and Management, she started her career in the advertising world, creating traditional media campaigns and event marketing. Five years later, she ventured into the legal industry as a marketing and intake coordinator for a labor and law employment firm. Celia brings her experience and energy to hear and address the needs of new and existing clients.
When a potential new client reaches out, whether through the website, phone call, referred by another law firm or former client, she is ready to start the intake process. The intake process at Patrick Daniel Law is unique like no other. Celia gathers basic case information and has the attorney assess the claims. While the attorney is speaking with the potential new client, she is typing away and taking down essential information, such as the date the incident occurred and what practice of law this case falls into. Patrick Daniel represents clients with personal injury, trucking, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical claims, and more. If the firm is unable to assist someone, Celia provides them with a referral or resources to guide them in the right direction. Every person that seeks help from the firm receives a personal kit as a gesture of gratitude from Nicolette and Patrick Daniel.
When asked what she enjoys most about working at Patrick Daniel Law, Celia says, “I enjoy the passion that Nicolette and Patrick ignite within the team and how they influence our performance and collaboration with each other.”
Outside of the office, Celia enjoys participating in organizations like Impact Hub Houston for social enterprise. She considers creating an impact within the local community as her passion. She has received an award for speaking about empowering women in business and entrepreneurship, and she is also a member of the American Marketing Association and the American Advertising Federation.
