Nicolette holds over ten years of professional selling experience in the television, retail, and medical industries with specific skills in Managing, Strategic Planning, Communications, and Marketing. She has guided growth and expansion of luxury women’s wear brands and subsequent divisions, and has also directed successful business operations by increasing revenue systematically from original startup to stimulated profits that exceeded $1million annually. She also has successfully developed several brands and targeted marketing strategies including sales programs, website direction, and visual collaterals. Nicolette received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, summa cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago. We are excited about the opportunity to merge her unique background into the legal field.
Rachel Schilling joined our team in 2018 as a Paralegal, with years of experience handling all elements of plaintiff personal injury litigation and managing multiple projects provided the perfect foundation to the role of firm administrator. Overseeing all the administrative functions in the office, including policy and procedure, creation and oversight, vendor communication and accounting.
Rachel prides herself on providing clear communication and diligent support to the staff, making sure the claims of our clients are moving forward. In her spare time she enjoys doing DIY projects, working out, camping and spending quality time with her family.
Stacey L. Powell began her career as an Emergency Medical Technician. Arriving on the scenes of thousands of life-threatening scenarios, her calling came when she would see an individual taken advantage of, and their rights clearly violated. She witnessed first hand how a speeding truck driver could tear a family apart, or when a dangerous drug was released to the public resulting in immediate hospitalization.
Stacey wanted to do more and has served as a litigation paralegal for over 10 years of experience.
Stacey joined Patrick Daniel Law in 2016 as a Paralegal to Patrick Daniel. She provides clients with solid and reliable assistance and supports the attorneys to resolve client’s cases quickly and effectively.
Stacey presents a calm, helpful and supportive demeanor as she handles our client’s immediate needs, while patiently explaining our procedures. While our clients experience open and frequent communication with their attorney, Stacey is an additional liaison when our lawyers may be in court on behalf of another client.
Mark has over 16 years of experience in litigation matters such as torts, contracts, civil rights, qui tam, real estate, corporate and commercial transactions.
Mark joined Patrick Daniel Law in 2020 and is responsible for all phases of litigation support including: legal research, drafting court documents, discovery, trial preparation and support.
When he’s not in the office, Mark enjoys the study of ancient philosophy, history and biographies.
Tanner joined Patrick Daniel Law as a Trial Clerk. His duties include assisting with day to day activities like research, writing, client intake, drafting motions, and generally helping attorneys push their cases forward successfully. After initially attending North Central Texas College, Tanner attended and graduated Cum Laude from Houston Baptist University. He currently attends South Texas College of Law and is beginning his second semester of his 2L year in Spring of 2020. He played baseball throughout his collegiate career, won Academic All-Conference at HBU, and is a Presidential Fellow, which places him in the top 25% of his law school class. Tanner is also a member of Phi Delta Phi (Top 33%) and The Federalist Society.
When asked what he hopes to achieve in his role as a Trial Clerk, Tanner says, “I hope to achieve as much experience as I possibly can and learn how to help clients consistently and win cases.”
When he’s not assisting attorneys or attending classes, Tanner can be found hunting, fishing, enjoying the outdoors, and golfing.
Mary Kinsley has served in different management positions for the past 5 years, leading teams of over 70 people. After studying marketing, accounting, and hospitality at Lorain County College, Mary traveled to Malaga, Spain where she studied at Trinity College of London to become a Level 5 Certified ESL teacher.
Mary loves to travel around the world and has spent time all over Europe. She also enjoys reading and working on various types of puzzles.
Mary joined Patrick Daniel Law as a legal secretary and is thrilled to be a part of the team.
Director of First Impressions
Yevheniia Jane Malyshenko was born and raised in Ukraine. She graduated from Kyiv National College of Tourism and Hotel management. Jane’s first experience at Toadfly Technologies was as a receptionist. The Director soon began to see through Jane’s extremely shy demeanor, and knew she would be a perfect fit as a Toadfly Technologiesmanager assistant, so she was hired shortly thereafter. Prior to Toadfly Technologies, Jane had worked in a hospitality industry for 3 years. She felt the transition into using computers and learning office skills pushed her out of her comfort zone; but ultimately, it spurred her confidence and competence forward, and she started served as a full-time administrative assistance. Jane credited the enjoyment of her job to getting to know all the people that come to work out, and to her “great co-workers that make the job a lot easier.”
Jane loves spending time with her friends. She also enjoys traveling study, working out in the gym and play professional volleyball.
Jane joined Daniel & Associates in August of 2018 as a administrative assistant . When asked what Jane enjoys about working at Daniel & Associates. She states, “I am excited to be even a small part of the Daniel & Associates. It is an honor to work alongside such knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and caring people.”
Mariah joined Patrick Daniel Law in September of 2019 as a Client Liaison. She is also a business owner with experience in real estate and a thorough understanding of the lawsuit process. Before joining the firm, Mariah spent six and a half years supporting her husband through a lawsuit, which included multiple doctors’ appointments, meetings, and surgeries. Her experience taught her the ins and outs of a personal injury case from a client’s perspective.
When Mariah is not assisting clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and six children.
